Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Connectly platform — including our web application, mobile clients, browser extensions, and APIs — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using Connectly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to both you and the organization.
Our Services
Connectly provides a non-custodial digital asset portfolio intelligence platform. Our core services include portfolio aggregation across multiple blockchains, real-time P&L tracking, AI-powered financial insights, DeFi yield analytics, and cross-network asset monitoring.
- Portfolio aggregation: Connect and view balances across 40+ blockchain networks from a single unified dashboard.
- AI assistant: Natural language interface for querying portfolio data, analyzing market conditions, and discovering DeFi opportunities.
- Transfer facilitation: Initiation tools that construct transactions for your signature. Connectly never signs or broadcasts transactions without explicit user authorization.
- Analytics & reporting: Historical performance analysis, tax-event summaries, and exportable data reports.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time with reasonable advance notice where feasible.
Account Registration
To access most platform features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at security@connectly.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, suspensions, or other restrictions.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that Terms are being violated.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Connectly only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our underlying infrastructure.
- Using automated tools, scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the platform without prior written permission.
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform or our proprietary algorithms.
- Transmitting malware, exploits, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Impersonating any person, entity, or Connectly employee in communications on or about the platform.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Financial Disclaimer
Nothing on the Connectly platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. All content — including AI-generated insights, yield comparisons, market data, and portfolio analytics — is provided for informational purposes only.
Connectly is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. We do not hold licenses to provide financial advice and expressly disclaim any such representation.
Yield rates, APY figures, and DeFi opportunity data displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party protocols and are subject to change without notice. Connectly makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or current validity of this data.
Non-Custodial Notice
Connectly is a strictly non-custodial platform. This is a fundamental architectural commitment, not a preference.
- We never request, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
- We cannot initiate, sign, broadcast, or reverse any blockchain transaction on your behalf.
- We cannot freeze, lock, or restrict your assets. Your assets remain entirely under your control at all times.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from your own wallet management decisions, including lost keys or unauthorized wallet access.
Any service that claims to be Connectly while requesting your private keys or seed phrase is fraudulent. Report such incidents immediately to security@connectly.ai.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Connectly platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and trade dress — are owned by Connectly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
- You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the platform's features to you.
The Connectly name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Connectly. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time and for any reason.
- You: May delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account data is purged per our retention policy outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Us: May suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are engaged in illegal activity, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — will survive.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connectly and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Financial losses arising from decisions made based on platform data or AI-generated insights.
- Loss of digital assets resulting from wallet compromises, user error, or third-party protocol failures.
- Service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or delays in market data feeds from third-party sources.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Actions or omissions of third-party DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, or exchanges connected to the platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to Connectly in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before pursuing litigation. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
