Subscriptions & Billing
Our platform operates on a Subscription + Credits model. Your monthly subscription fee covers access to the dashboard and features, while your credit balance powers the AI’s instant replies and automation logic and Business-Initiated Conversation.
our credits are used in two ways:
- Reactive Replies: Every time the AI agent handles an incoming customer inquiry.
- Broadcasting & Marketing: Every outgoing message sent through our marketing tools consumes platform credits for the automation and processing required to launch the campaign.
Yes. Platform credits cover the use of our AI and broadcasting infrastructure. The actual delivery fee for a "Business-Initiated Conversation" is a separate charge billed directly by Meta. You will need a valid payment method linked to your Meta Business Suite to cover these delivery costs.
Absolutely. You can scale your plan through the Account Settings dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
AI Capabilities & Customization
You can upload PDFs, doc files, or sync your website URL. Our platform uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to ensure the AI only provides answers based on the documentation you provide.
Yes. The agent automatically detects the user's language and can translate responses in real-time, allowing you to scale your customer service globally without hiring multi-lingual staff.
Absolutely. Once you have finished assisting the customer, you can toggle Auto Mode back on, and the AI will resume its duties, using the context of your manual conversation to stay updated on the customer's needs.
Technical & Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We do not use your customer interactions to train our base models; your data stays yours.
Yes, we provide a robust REST API and Webhook system. Whether you are using a custom-built solution or a standard platform like Odoo or Salesforce, you can sync lead data and conversation logs automatically.
Yes. The AI can process and respond to images (e.g., "What is the status of this receipt?") and can be configured to transcribe and respond to voice notes for a more natural user experience.
